5 CRM Systems for Recruitment

by Phil Jenkins on December 21, 2009

The CRM market is huge and the recruitment space a notoriously difficult one to fill. The following 5 companies would be on my shortlist.

bond adaptBond have been steadily winning business globally with their new V.11 product. Not only have they rebuilt Adapt from the ground up but have invested in usability and have a G.U.I. that stands out from the crowd.

Like Salesforce.com for recruitment, Bullhorn is 100% Web-based with 15,000 users globally. Although US based they are making inroads into the U.K. They are investing heavily in development an offer a Saas model worth exploring.

Cloudforce 2 LondonEven though Salesforce.com set out become the  “traditional” sales automation tool of choice their relevance to the recruitment industry can’t be ignored. They remain on the cutting edge of innovation and CRM functionality and show the rest of the pack just how it should be done.

oraclelogo_smallYou can’t ignore the big boys when it comes to CRM and can you get much bigger than Oracle? They came late to the on demand arena and I have yet to see if their model can adapot to recruitment.

Microdec have many years experience in the recruitment industry and have a large user base in the U.K. It was good enough for Michael Page and a host of other top tier recruitment companies to select but will it support the inevitable transition to Cloud?
